Our Story And Mission
ARX was founded on real-world success. Its creators personally won several separate cases involving the theft of commercially valuable ideas — without patents or trademarks. These victories were achieved through strong, documented proof of ownership and chronological records showing the development of the ideas over time.
This experience revealed a critical gap: millions of valuable ideas and assets are stolen or disputed globally each year, often before they can be protected by traditional IP methods. That’s why ARX was created.

While ARX was initially developed to solve the urgent problem of protecting innovative ideas and intellectual property, we quickly realised the same need for secure, timestamped proof and control extends far beyond IP.
