ARX is a secure digital vault that gives you an independently verifiable, timestamped record of your ideas, documents, and creative work - built automatically as you create it, using two core technologies called ProgressChain™ and ProofChain™.
Most valuable ideas and work exist informally long before any formal protection is possible - drafts, prototypes, business plans, designs, code, and creative works. If a dispute over ownership or timing ever arises, proving what you created and when can be difficult, because everyday storage (email, personal drives, cloud folders) is easy to edit and doesn't independently verify dates. ARX closes that gap.
Primarily, individuals and businesses with valuable but hard to formally protect IP - founders, inventors, designers, creative professionals, and researchers - alongside tradespeople and contractors, who use ARX to build a timestamped record of job progress, site conditions, and work completed, for disputes, insurance, and warranty claims. Professional advisers (IP lawyers, patent attorneys, accountants, insurers) support clients across both groups. We've also seen real, growing demand at a personal level - protecting wills, personal records, and family history: ARX is ideally suited to this as well.
Regular cloud storage tells you a file exists - it doesn't independently prove when it was created or that it hasn't been altered since. Every file in ARX is cryptographically timestamped via ProofChain™ through an independent external Time Stamp Authority and simultaneously hash-linked into your account's ProgressChain™ the moment it's uploaded. That combination is what makes an ARX record meaningfully different from a file sitting in a folder - it provides irrefutable, tamper-proof evidence of ownership and chronological development. This provides a strong deterent against IP theft and - if it comes to it - iron-clad evidence in the event of a dispute.
No. Uploading and protecting an asset takes seconds - you don't need to understand cryptography, and you don't need a lawyer to get started. Legal advice becomes relevant if and when you're pursuing formal IP protection or if you're in a dispute.
You can sign up and have your first asset timestamped within a couple of minutes. There's nothing to install, and no vetting or approval process to begin using a vault.
